Let’s Play! Super Robot Wars Z3 Jigoku Hen

Apologies for lack of updates. World Cup and Evo2014 have totally killed my time lately, I will be back soon!

Latest Update: 17/06/2014 – Scenario 4 Completed

It’s amazing to think that it’s only been a year since I actually finished Saisei Hen, but now it’s time for me to go back to hell as I play through 3rd Super Robot Wars Z Jigoku Hen!

But before we start, here are a few thigs:

• Each scenario is going to be pretty chunky in terms of size – The resolution of the PS3 is about 4 times that of the PSP, which means images are going to be pretty big. So yeah, each page might take a while to load.
• No promises – Back last year I said I was going to do a lot of stuff regarding the playthrough. I never did carry through on many of them. So I’m not going to make any hard claims this time around, it was getting rather sad breaking promise after promise.
• Due to the other ongoing translation project, I’ve decided to just use Kaneblueriver’s summaries for now. I’ll integrate any progress from the other project into the LP once they’re completed.
  I’ll do some translations, but only what interests me. If I find it’s taking too long I might just skip it. I consider this a personal learning experience in which I can learn a bit of Kanji. Whatever I do translate, I’ll try to include the Japanese source, so people can try improve on wording if possible.
• If you want to contribute translations and or humourous skits, please do! Will credit you as with the Saisei playthrough. However don’t submit too many stages ahead, as I’ll probably be playing quite slowly and I don’t want you to feel you’ve wasted your time either. You can email them to me at yj at saint-ism dot com.
• No videos for now – I figuratively broke my back last year trying to do everything for the playthrough, from videos to translations. For now I just need to concentrate on finishing the damn game first.
