第41話:マーグ、その命
Stage 41: Marg’s Life
The start of the mission is rather annoying as I plan my guys expecting the enemy to appear north in the city, and of course, they end up showing up on the opposite side instead.
Amuro while also being a awesome newtype pilot, is great at making beam rifle shadow puppets.
End of turn 1.
Daiguard with it’s lack of any air capabilities resorts to some pretty desperate shit.
I lost the end of turn 1 and turn 2 screenies, but here’s the end of turn 2. Managed to defeat most of the enemies. On turn 3 it’s only Marg remaining for now, so I’m going to do some powerlevelling on Quattro.
Turn 59 and Quattro finally reaches 99. It took ages because Marg ran out of EN and couldn’t really damage Daiguard enough to gain alot of level.
Anyway I finally realize that there’s a ‘Convince’ option when Godmars is next to Marg.
Negotiation breakdown! Destroying Marg nets a Thruster Module.
Marg’s ship tries to run but is destroyed…Roze manages to escape in a seperate mech but for some reason Takeru apologizes to the ZEXIS crew and leaves.
Tons of beastmen appear to the north led by Guame.
Followed by some Regulus Alphas.
And the SR Point is revealed – defeat Daigundo (Guame’s mech). Runs at 10,000 HP.
Here’s the map after they show up (with Roze offscreen south).
End of 61. Setsuna goes on a suicide mission straight into the enemy group.
Turn 62. Roze is still off screen and I’ve left her (him?) alone for now.
End of turn 62. I defeated most of the beastmen, and I also sent Amuro down botom to deal with Roze.
After damaging Roze to around 8000Hp there’s an event.
There’s a short event where Marg and Takeru make up. But noooo, Zuul kills Marg, pissing Takeru off and causing Godmars to reappear.
Turn 63.
Downing Roze nets a Hyper Jammer.
End of turn 64. I regroup my guys before taking down Guame.
I drop Guame with a double whammy of Satellite Cannon supported by Dynames TRANS-AM.
And SR Point get.
And there’s a short scene where Marg finally kicks the bucket.
