Prologue Stage 2: Gundam Destruction Order

Unfolding at the same time as the Black Rebellion on Earth, orders for the destruction of the “Gundams”, symbols of anti-government activities, were issued. After the disbandment of the special UN squardron “ZEXIS”, Celestial Being and the Colony Gundams had their special statuses revoked and were immediately considered renegades once more. United against the Celestial Being, the A.E.U, Human Reform League, and the Union banded together and mercilessly chased Celestial Being back into space, where they now take their final stand…

Despite kicking some serious ass back in Hakai Hen, the stage opens with the Ptolemaios going *poof* and the Celestial Being crew in a whole lot of shit.

Here’s the start of turn 1. Setsuna is up north, Tieria (in Nadleeh) at west and Allelujah at east, with a total of 12 GN-X to deal with. Oh and you have the named Collasour, Sergei and Soma to deal with too.

Everyone puts their defensive seishin up and goes to work. In this case, ieria activates “Iron Wall” which cuts the damage he takes down to 1/4.

End of turn 1, and while some enemies have moved in to attack, nothing really of note happened.

It’s a pretty slow enemy phase too, I only managed 3 kills and damaged the rest.

Turn 2.

Attacking Soma with Allelujah gives a special conversation.

End of turn 2. No kills, but I just whittle down the enemies with full life so I can kill them in the counterattack.

Quite a few go down, Soma also get a missile to the face…

Turn 3, 8 GN-X left and I’m a man down. It’s not a problem, just annoying because it’s going to take an extra turn because the guys at the bottom are too far away :S

End of turn 3.

Shooting down Patrick also nets another double KO in which Tieria get blown up 🙁

Anyway despite well on my way to ripping up these guys, a whole bunch of reinforcements show up at the end of the enemy turn, which essentially dooms poor Setsuna. I guess I shouldn’t have been saving for that TRANS-AM attack after all 🙁

The action swtiches to the the Colony Gundams.

FUCK IT, THEY’RE COMING TO ME

Turn 2 and Trowa manages to take down 2 guys, while the rest move in.

The Wing boys go hard at it and manage to thin down the enemies by 4.

Even Zechs is impressed.

End of turn 2.

And the carnage continues

Poor bastard Zechs misses his attack and instead eats some Micro Missiles FTW!

Turn 3. Wing boys are doing a helluva lot better than CB right now.

Trowa on a roll, taking down Noin as well!

That brings an end to the mission, but in the scenes that follow Regene Regetta appears along with Relena…what’s going on?
