Guide for re-assigning PS3 Saves

1. Download Bruteforce Save Data http://www.aldostools.org/temp/BruteforceSaveData.rar

You’ll need this to run it also:

MSVBM50.dll http://download.microsoft.com/download/vb50pro/utility/1/win98/en-us/msvbvm50.exe
Visual C++ 2010 Redist: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555

2. Copy one of your save games from your PS3 to your PC. It can be any savegame.

3. Open your savegame in Bruteforce.

4. Press the “Set PARAM.SFO as Template” button

5. Now open up the hacked savegame in Bruteforce.

6. In bottom left, highlight SYSFLAG.SAV, SYSDATA.SAV, PARMDAT.SAV, then press the “DECRYPT.PFD” button and hit yes.

7. Press Update Account ID, then “Update Account ID only”

8. Now highlight SYSFLAG.SAV, SYSDATA.SAV, PARMDAT.SAV again, and press “ENCRYPT.PFD” and hit yes.

9. Now right click PARAM.SFO, Update the PFD, then click Partial Update

10. Finally, press the “Verify PFD” button. Should look something like this:
[*] Files:
[*] #000 (PARAM.SFO):
[*] Entry Index: 0
[*] PARAM.SFO Hash Key Hash: OK
[*] Console ID Hash: OK
[*] Disc Hash Key Hash: OK
[*] Authentication ID Hash: OK
[*] #001 (SYSFLAG.SAV):
[*] Entry Index: 1
[*] File Key Hash: OK
[*] #002 (SYSDATA.SAV):
[*] Entry Index: 2
[*] File Key Hash: OK
[*] #003 (PARMDAT.SAV):
[*] Entry Index: 3
[*] File Key Hash: OK

If it does, it worked. Copy the save back to your PS3 and hopefully it works.
