Late in 2021 I did a collab/buddy project with Goodguydan to do the FM Calamity Gundam. Please be sure to check out his build!
This was a build coming back from a 2-month break so I felt pretty rusty in painting and I think I overdid it slightly with the shading on the teal parts.
There’s only one seam which is on the bazooka. Otherwise, it’s a pretty simple build in the vein of a bit no-grade or HG kit, there are a few places which are fairly detailed and could use some masking such as on the bazooka and the various red trims inside thrusters. I did also notice there are quite a few instances of parts separation, probably for more Calamity variants down the line.

Painting
Teal – Mr Color GX Susie Blue + Dark Green Nakajima. I can’t remember the exact mix, but it’s more biased towards blue rather than green. White added for highlights, followed by post-shade of original colour.
Green – Mr Color 129 Dark Green Nakajima + tiny bit of Mr Color 5 Blue base coat. Added white for highlight, followed by post shade of original colour
Orange – Mr Color Orange (100%) Base coat, starter white technique, followed by light coat of Mr Color Orange (70%) + Orange Yellow (30%). Some Orange used to post-shade.
Grey – Mr Color Neutral Grey (100%) base coat, white added for shading.
Internals – Gaianotes Starbright Iron + bit of black
Unfortunately due to the lack of time documenting I forgot the mix for the red.
