I originally finished this kit mid last year. It was a pretty simple build with only a few seamlines, (being on the guns and the shoulders), and some minor masking needed. Unfortunately since it’s been so long I’ve forgotten the mixes I used for this but I believe it was the first time I used mainly Gaianotes.
The photoshoot took 4 days and I took about 800 or so photos. Being a “low-tech” units I feel it’s a good opportunity to switch things up a bit and take a few more running/standing action poses rather than those flying ones. It’s also one of the rare kits that comes with slashing beam effect parts which can really add to a dynamic pose if used correctly.
