Ahh 2016. I think I managed to do almost everything that I wanted. I went to Japan, bought alot of stuff, built a bunch of Gunpla, and played a lot of Uncharted 4.
Speaking of Uncharted 4, I’m glad that it replaced my long unhealthy obsession with League of Legends, which I have finally uninstalled for good. I will also stand by the unpopular opinion that the game is the best and most unique modern shooter there is. It’s just a shame that going by the popular forums, the playerbase is one of the most toxic and entitled that I have ever encountered, but thankfully it doesn’t detract from my enjoyment of the game.
I also will remember this as the year where I finally figured out how to finish kits without the paint cracking after a few months. I didn’t get to build as many kits as I wanted to due to moving house, Uncharted 4, but I still managed to achieve some new things, like build my first Zaku, SRW kit, Frame Arms kit and non-robot kit (Super Fumina). I’m also pretty happy that I managed to build that beast of a Master Grade called Full Armour Gundam without breaking anything.
Sadly I highly doubt I’ll be building in 2017, but I still have quite a few kits I need to take pictures of, so stay posted for those.
