Rumoured SRW Z3 Jigoku Hen Prologue Stages, plot points

Three days to go till 3rd Super Robot Wars Z Jigoku Hen! In the meantime, here are some juicy rumours on various plot points in the game, as well as a supposed leaked exposé from Famitsu covering the game’s prologue stages. Potential spoilers ahead!

Prologue Stages

A 2ch user has claimed to have had early access to this week’s Famitsu magazine, which is supposedly going to cover the game’s prologue stages. He published the following summary:

Prologue Stage 1 – Obliteration of Mankind

Quattro Bageena, who was once a member of UCW group ZEUTH, declares his intentions as Char Aznable to destroy the Earthnoids in a bid to keep away the incoming alien invaders.

UCWに辿り着いた特殊部隊ZEUTHを待っていたのは宇宙怪獣の脅威にさらされた地球だった…。
ZEUTHに所属していたクワトロ・バジーナは宇宙怪獣を遠ざけるために、シャア・アズナブルと名乗り、地球人抹殺を宣言する。

Prologue Stage 2 – New Century Space-time Distortion

Char initially adopts the strategy of dropping space colonies on the Earth. Special forces ZEUTH and Londo Bell were dispatched in an operation to prevent Fifth Luna from falling to Earth. Despite their best efforts, Fifth Luna crosses the point of no return.

Plot Rumours

Here is a bunch of rumours compiled by 2ch/4chan and reposted by Ryoga316 of SRWG.

Rumored “bombshell” plots from 4ch, from 2ch. Take it with a grain of salt:
-Plot for Unicorn goes to episode 4. Banshee taking Unicorn a la beginning of episode 5 happens next game preview.
-Byarlant Custom does not show up. Only MS grunts from the Torrington battle to show up are kapools, gallus-k, and zogoks.
-Endless Waltz suits are said to be modifications from Celestial Being and ZAFT technology (uh, what?). Feltd x Setsuna scenes from the movie are removed.
-Sinanju and Kshatriya assist the protagonists during the Endless Waltz final battle as NPC.
-Most ZZ events occurred in this timeline except Quebeley destroyed FA ZZ, Judau died instead of Haman.
-Char is not recruitable, Asakim steals the Sazabi and him after the CCA final battle.
-The battles with the 3rd and 7th angels from Rebuild of Eva are a two parter stage a la SRW L.
-Every FMP arm slave appears.
-Fyana cannot be saved.
-00 plot is not present most of the first half.
-TTGL story is played straight although only the TV battle occurs, no units from the movie.
-Nu Gundam upgrades to HWS Nu late in game.
-Kokubogar appears in several stages as a NPC.
-Minus Arc from God Mars does not happen, but Zule causes time shenanigans for Mazinger plot. He also name drops the STMC.
-Bonta-kun is only playable in a few missions.
-Tristan Divider is back.
-Isamu (Macross Plus) had his name dropped in the Macross story.
-Final battle of The False Songstress has Ai-kun evolving into his adult form to fight the Hound Type (and fail). He becomes a summonable character for VF-27 once Brera joins. Ranka also becomes VF-27 subpilot. (what?)
-Andrei cannot be saved from ELS.
-Asuka cannot be saved form the fight with Bardiel. Zeruel does not show up until the preview for the next game where he defeats Units 00 and 02.
-Two Banpresto rival mecha possess spheres of Cancer and Pisces. A third party mecha has Taurus, resembles a much younger version of Gaioh.
-Haman and Quebeley show up playable in the final battle.
-STMC and Invaders (Getter Robo) are allies, this shocks several characters.
-Gunbuster is played straight although the final events of episode six appear in the preview.
-Orguss cast shows up, but only in cut scenes. They mention ZEUTH fighting the Mu, Taii seems upset. They also mention Muge (Dancouga) and something about the “Diore”.
-Big O scenarios mixed in with Mazinger plot, including Schwartz/Big Duo and Beck Victory Deluxe, the Hydra from episode 22 appears and revives Big Fau.
-Asakim reveals to also have the sphere of Scorpius.
-M9D and Arbalest have a combination attack.
-Tieria/Raphael Gundam cannot be saved.
-Graham and the Flags go missing after the 00 final battle.
-The Whale (Getter Robo) appears for a few stages as a NPC.
-Zeus becomes playable late in the game. Mentions Tetsuya and Great Mazinger several times.
-Final battle is a four way fight between ZEXIS, the Taurus sphere holder and Ba’al, the STMC/Invaders, and the Vajra.
-Mikono and Shrade only pilot the EVOL three times (each).
-EVOL events go until the events of ep 15 (Mikono defends Kagura, he flees). Even Kira Yamato calls her out on it.
-Other Fire Bomber members appear as attacks like in Z2.
-Sousuke hates Shinji in Kira (a lot), Shinn and Setsuna stand up for them.
-Sousuke and Chirico confirmed buds.
-Shush (Mikono’s cat) really hates most of the cast, especially Ai-ku, but tolerates Chirico.
