It’s one week before Super Robot Wars OGs2’s release date, and Terada is back with another Voice Blog. Here’s some of the things discussed:
- Terada doesn’t know what they are going to do with scrapped SRW EX Shuu route, he’s still considering doing a drama CD.
- The Hyperion can be deployed as a combined unit or as the Vegalion and the Altarion separately.
- The Forte Gigas is apparently a secret unit, but it can only be deployed as a combined unit and not Ganador and Strega. Obtaining it has to do with Joshua and Rim’s individual kill counts.
- The SRW R Originals almost didn’t make it into the game. It was either cutting them totally or having them as a support role, since they wanted some of the new units to take the spotlight. In the end the Excellence Rescue was included, and thus we won’t be seeing the other Excellence Frames in the game.
- He mentions the Rescue has three pilots (Joshua, Fiona, Despinis) and pretty good stats, so you can frontline it if you want.
