Metal Gear Solid Ground Zeroes Reveal Trailer

A few days ago, Hideo Kojima revealed the existence of the next Metal Gear game to the world. Dubbed Ground Zeroes, it totally wowed those who were lucky enough to be able to see it.

Well now you can be blown away as well, because the trailer is now public!

Here is an additional video which shows more of the gameplay. You can skip the first minute or so as it’s a repeat of the above video.

I have to admit I was shocked when I watched this at just how beautiful the graphics look.

This brings a few questions/ideas to my mind:

• This (and the demo) apparently runs on current-gen PC hardware. What exactly was it running on?
• How different will it look running on a home console?
• The Snake depicted is clearly an old Big Boss.
• Who or what is XOF? Are they a counter to the FOX unit?
• The motherland referred to is possibly Zanzibar.
• Who’s the kid? Young Snake perhaps?

Much like God of War 2 on the PS2, I’m starting to feel like this game looks to be define the end of the current generation of console and PC hardware. How can it possibly look any better than this?
