While not a particularly “special” edition, I managed to import this for around the same price as a local standard copy. This Special Edition includes a prequel comic by UDON to the game, titled the Power of Pandora, a mini arcade cabinet that can be used as a piggy bank, and a bunch of extra DLC gems. Box
This has seriously got to be the most non-descript box ever.
Inside the box, is the game, comic, and pieces for the mini arcade cabinet. The game is just the usual standard kind.

You get a bunch of plastic panels and some decals...
With some snapping together and then applying the decals, the end product looks pretty cool! I was actually expecting some sort of crappy papercraft bank, but it’s actually pretty solid.
Comic
The comic is by UDON and features a short battle between Ryu and Kazuya, as well as some artwork. You can find a scan of the comic in the gallery below.
Summary
Overall, not a very enticing Special Edition, the inclusions are pretty poor and the main draw is pretty much the gem DLC. Avoid unless you can get it cheap!
