Amy Hennig has confirmed in a tweet that the cutscene viewer will be included in the upcoming patch for Uncharted 3. This has a been a staple feature of the series which was mysteriously absent in the retail version. She mentions that the patch is awaiting Sony approval but does not give any set timeframe for the release.
