As a sucker for JRPGs, a few weeks ago I picked up Ar Tonelico Qoga from Play-Asia. I was lucky enough to get the ‘premium box’ version which contains some extra goodies at no extra cost.
The premium box includes:
- Ar Tonelico Qoga: Knell of Ar Ciel for PS3
- ATQ Official Soundtrack: Over 60 minutes of breathtaking music
- ATQ Official Artbook: Full color, hard cover artbook; 40 pages of beautiful illustrations and information
Unboxing after the jump.
Back of the box.
The cardboard box opens from the front, which I find rather strange. Most game boxes nowadays open from the top or side. Inside is, of course, the game itself.
The back of the game case is slightly different to the box.
The game’s soundtrack comes in a little paper slipcase. No track listing or anything, which is a bit dissappointing.
Finally, the hardcover artbook.
Pretty much your standard game artbook, there’s character illustrations and so forth.
And some random tidbits about the Ar Tonelico world.
All in all, it’s a pretty great ‘special’ edition. Although I wish I could be so positive about the game itself.
