SD Gundam G Generation Touch for iPhone announced

In a rather suprising move, Bandai Namco have announced a G Generation title for iPhone.

Release date is Winter 2010 (around Dec?).

Going from the screenshots, these are series included (so far):

Here’s my thoughts on this:

• Strange to see an iPhone SD Gundam game from Bamco, given the iPhone isn’t as popular in Japan as the rest of the world
• It’s great to see devs take the iPhone as serious gaming device
• The mecha look horribly pixelated up close
• Where’s my freaking SRW/G Gen game on PS3?
