Hot on the heels of my last kit, here is my latest work in progress:
MG Zaku II F2…never built a Zaku before, but the great thing about Zeon suits is that they never have that many seam lines. So with no Gundam head mod to worry about, the whole build process is alot more streamlined. More after the jump.
The kit comes with a fair few weapons, a machine gun, bazooka, 2 grenades, and 2 leg missile launchers. I probably won’t be building the grenades as I doubt I’ll be using them.
About 5 hours in, I’ve got the internal frame built, the light green armour parts cut and sanded. I’ve yet to tackle the most annoying part of this kit, which is the little bead things that go around the power cables.

Not sure if I’ll be doing any changes to the colour scheme as of yet. If I’m feeling up to it, I may do some minor weathering without any battle damage.
